Woodingdean Dental Practice is committed to providing all our patients with exceptional dental care and service.
We understand that plans may change and we are more than happy to rearrange appointments, provided we have sufficient notice. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, this may prevent someone else from being seen. To help us maintain this level of care we politely request that we are given at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellations.
Please call us directly on 01273 907002 to notify us of any changes or cancellations to your appointments.
To cancel a Monday appointment, please call the practice by 12:00pm on the Saturday before.
Deposits will be taken for all appointments. Failure to notify the practice within the requested time will result in the loss of your deposit. If you are a plan member, this will result in the loss of one of your plan-allocated appointments.
If you have paid a deposit and you provide the right notice of any cancellations, then your deposit will be held on your account and can be used against the cost of any future treatment.
Thank-you for understanding.
Woodingdean Dental Practice
